OneDrive - Storage Limit Reduction

Microsoft are reducing the default OneDrive storage allocation for all new starters.

  • Current accounts using less than 5GB will not be affected.
  • Accounts over the new default limit will be increased up to a maximum of 50GB.
  • Accounts already over 50GB will automatically be allocated 1TB (around 1,400 users).
  • Future storage increase requests may be available at DDaT’s discretion.

We recommend reviewing your stored files to ensure you remain within your allocated storage.
