Mahara - Upgrade

The Mahara e-portfolio system is going to be upgraded on Tuesday 9 and Wednesday 10 September 2025, and will be unavailable for two days whilst the upgrade takes place. Please make sure you are logged out of your account before that day to avoid any loss of work.
Self-Service Portal (TOPdesk) – Database Maintenance (by Supplier)

Our Self-Service Portal (TOPdesk) will undergo scheduled maintenance on Sunday 7th September, between 09:00 and 16:00 (UK time) for a database migration.
Our Supplier has informed us that the service is expected to remain available throughout, but please be aware there may be brief downtime if a rollback is required.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
iTrent - Upgrade (Phase 2)

Trent Employee Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS) will be unavailable for up to 6 hours while essential maintenance and upgrades are carried out. This work is necessary to ensure the continued reliability and performance of the service.
UniHub - Migration by Supplier

UniHub (https://unihub.bath.ac.uk/) will be unavailable for one day while it is migrated to the supplier’s cloud platform.
