Business World (Agresso) - Server 'Runtime' Error

We believe that a networking change implemented this morning has resolved the issue. Early reports are positive, with users now able to access Business World (Agresso) on their first attempt.
We will continue to monitor the service closely, but as access appears to have been restored, we are now marking this incident as resolved.

Exam Papers - Web Service Unavailable

The Library past exam papers database was taken offline approximately one week ago due to a technical issue, as detailed on the University status page.
The service has now been restored and is available via SharePoint. The new platform is live and linked from the usual locations on the Library website. The direct link is:
