AdminDesk - Black Screen Issue

We are continuing to investigate the issue causing black screens when returning to AdminDesk (RDS) sessions on Windows 11 devices. In the meantime, users affected by this can close and reopen their session to continue working. We’ll provide further updates as soon as more information is available.
