Agresso - Intermittent Authentication Issues

We are removing the degraded status from the Business World (Agresso) service, as the intermittent authentication issue no longer appears to be affecting users.
We will continue to monitor the service closely and re-escalate if necessary.

AdminDesk - Black Screen Issue

We are continuing to investigate the issue affecting AdminDesk where some users on Windows 11 experience a black screen after minimising or switching away from their RDS session. Our teams are actively working with Microsoft to identify a solution. We will provide further updates as soon as we have more information.
