AdminDesk - Black Screen Issue

We are aware of reports of issues when navigating away from (e.g. minimising) and subsequently returning to RDS sessions (e.g. AdminDesk) which result in a black screen and require reconnecting to continue working. We are working with Microsoft to determine the appropriate solution and will update you once we have further information. This issue only affects Windows 11 devices.
Agresso - Intermittent Authentication Issues

We are investigating an intermittent issue affecting signing in to Business World (Agresso).
Please try signing in again, or close and re-open your browser, as it should then allow you to access Agresso normally.
We will provide further updates as soon as possible, and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
